Prodigal built a reputation as one of the more socially conscious and lyrically deep artists associated with the Wu family. True to his restless spirit, he would cross the Atlantic and become an International sensation winning a Grammy Award in France for La Saga by IAM featuring Royal Fam & Prodigal Sunn and a VIVA Award in Germany for “Ich lebe für Hip Hop” by DJ Tomekk featuring GZA & Prodigal Sunn. He was one of the first artists approached by LRG Clothing for a sponsorship with numerous full page ads running in XXL, Source, URB and many more publications. After of number of guest artist appearances and behind the scenes management, Prodigal launched his own entity, Godz Inc. He also entered into a venture with Free Agency Recordings to release music as chief executive officer of Godz Inc. Multimedia Solutions. His acting resume includes an appearance on HBO‘s Sex and the City, and he is a co-producer as well as a featured artist along with Jay-Z, Outkast and more in American Rap Stars, the longest running rap documentary ever on cable, now airing on The Movie Channel.
Razah made his rap debut in the early 90s as a member of the group Da Last Future, an early incarnation of the Sunz of Man, which included Killah Priest, Shabazz the Disciple, Prodigal Sunn, Supreme and 7th Ambassador. Razah and 7th Ambassador self-released the single "Livin' in Hell" b/w "Mental Combat" independently before the group adopted the Sunz of Man moniker. Razah recorded a number of tracks with the group before their induction into the Wu-Tang family, including "Deep in the Water", "Writing Rhymes With a Liquid Pen" (aka "Elements"), "Lulla Bye" and "Psychic Hotline". In 1995, the group adopted the moniker Sunz of Man, and signed a record deal with Wu-Tang/Priority Records. SoM released a number of singles on Wu-Tang Records, including "Soldiers of Darkness", "No Love Without Hate" and "Bloody Choices", in anticipation of their 1996 debut album Nothing New Under the Sun. Due to internal conflicts and label complications, the album was shelved. Sunz of Man later signed a record deal with Red Ant Entertainment for the release of their official 1998 debut The Last Shall Be First, with the group's roster shaved down to just Razah, Killah Priest, Prodigal Sunn and 60 Second Assassin. The album was one of the most successful Wu-Tang affiliate releases, debuting at No. 20 on the Billboard 200 album chart, and No. 7 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart.
Killah Priest made his first appearances on such Wu-Tang side and solo projects as Gravediggaz’ 6 Feet Deep, Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s Return to the 36 Chambers, and Genius/GZA’s seminal Liquid Swords. His contributions to those releases — especially Liquid Swords’ “B.I.B.L.E. (Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth),” essentially a Priest solo track — paved the way for the release of the MC’s acclaimed debut album, 1998’s Heavy Mental, and a lengthy and respected career in the hip-hop underground. In addition to his prolific solo work, he was an integral member of the groups Sunz of Man, the HRSMEN (aka the Four Horsemen), and Black Market Militia.
60 Second Assassin (born Frederick Cuffie Jnr.) is a rapper from Bedstuy, Brooklyn, New York. He is a pretty mysterious figure who is mostly known for his "unique dirty-ass style and voice" (from his MySpace). 60 Sec is heavily affiliated with the Wu-Tang Clan. The rapper is a member of Sunz of Man. He was also a close associate of Wu-Tang Clan rapper Ol' Dirty Bastard, ODB's own crew Brooklyn Zu and in addition appears in the 2009 documentary, directed by Brooklyn Zu's own Raison Allah (Raison the Zu Keeper/Stephon Turner), entitled "Dirty: One Word Can Change the World" along with a heap of other Wu-Tang Clan affiliates and Clan members themselves.
His first known appearance on a record was on Ol' Dirty Bastard's debut album on "Protect Ya Neck II The Zoo" in 1995 along with fellow Sunz of Man members Killah Priest, Hell Razah, Shabazz the Disciple and Prodigal Sunn. He sang on the promo cut of ODB's "Dirty N Stinkin", but his most famous appearance was on Raekwon's album, "Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…", on "Glaciers of Ice". He only sings in the end of the song, but this is where you can find him first say his famous "It's been a looong time…" sentence. He was also featured on the song "Wicked Ways" from the "1 Million Strong" compilation, and also appeared on Killah Priest's debut album, "Heavy Mental", on the track "Tai Chi". In 2009, he contributed the track "Take Sword Pt. 2" (which featured Wu-Element True Master) to the RZA produced Afro Samurai soundtrack. On June 8th 2010, 60 Second released his heavily anticipated and long-awaited debut solo album "Remarkable Timing" which features guest appearances from members of Sunz of Man aswell as a heap of other Wu-Tang affiliates with the production mainly oversaw by Bronze Nazareth.
